packlock® uses the same thermoforming process as standard blister packaging. Packlock®'s changes all happen downstream to create the child-resistant format.
Produced like any ordinary blister
The blister is formed, filled, and sealed on your existing thermoforming line, identical to any ordinary blister machine output.
One fold added downstream
Our process takes place entirely after the standard blister procedure and involves only cutting, grooving, perforation, and welding. Just a compact downstream station without additional material.

100% PP monomaterial. The entire product, from blister cavity to lid foil, is made from a single type of plastic. No mixed materials, no sorting problems, no recycling compromises.
