A Downstream Addition to Your Existing Line

packlock® requires no changes to your blister forming or filling equipment. The conversion happens entirely downstream, either inline as a continuous extension or as a separate stand-alone process.

PP Monomaterial

packlock® is produced from polypropylene monomaterial throughout. Your blister line must be set up for PP foil. Beyond that, no special tooling or material changes are needed.

Groove, Fold, Bond

After filling and sealing, the blister is grooved along the fold line, folded over, and the two halves are bonded together by either gluing or welding. The result is a rigid, child-resistant pack that opens only when both hands apply deliberate force.

Inline or Stand-Alone

The downstream module can be integrated directly into your existing line for continuous production, or run as a separate batch process. Both configurations achieve the same certified output.

Step 1: Standard blister as input.
